I’m Lianne.

I’m a South Florida-based wedding coordinator, and I believe every couple deserves a wedding that feels uniquely theirs.

I’m here to help bring your vision to life—whether that means coordinating details months in advance or stepping in during the final weeks before your wedding, to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Whether you are looking for day-of coordination, or planning and coordination support months in advance - I offer a flexible range of services tailored to your needs. My experience covers everything from vendor contracts, timelines, and seating plans to lighting, décor, and invitation design. When the occasion calls for it, I’m happy to step in as MC, too.

Along the way, I’ve built connections across the wedding industry—from culinary professionals and musicians to photographers, videographers, florists, and venues. If there’s something you’ve been dreaming of, I’ll work to find a practical way to bring it together.

Do I really need a wedding coordinator?

A coordinator can be especially helpful if you would like one person keeping track of the timeline, communicating with vendors, guiding important transitions, and handling the small questions that naturally come up throughout a wedding day. It gives you, your family, and your wedding party a little more room to relax and enjoy the celebration while someone familiar with your plans keeps an eye on the logistics.

What is the difference between day-of and week-of coordination?

Day-of coordination is a great fit when your plans and vendor details are already largely finalized and you mainly need someone to execute them on the wedding day. Week-of coordination includes more communication leading up to the celebration, giving me time to connect with your vendors, confirm arrival times and final details, review the timeline and logistics, help coordinate the wedding rehearsal, and make sure everyone is working from the same plan before the big day arrives.

Do you travel?

Absolutely. I’m based in South Florida, but I’m always happy to talk about weddings a little farther from home. If your celebration is outside the immediate area, reach out and tell me where you’re planning it—we can go over the location, travel details, and what would make the most sense for your day.

Can you recommend vendors?

Yes. Depending on your needs, I can help connect you with photographers, videographers, musicians, culinary professionals, florists, venues, and other wedding vendors.

Can you help with the rehearsal?

Yes. Rehearsal support can be included depending on your package and wedding needs.
